My story
For much of my life, I knew how to be the woman who could handle things. The professional. The mother. The wife. The dependable one. The woman who wanted to do everything right.
I understood responsibility and achievement. I knew how to keep moving.
But somewhere along the way, I realized how much of my life had been shaped by striving. I could do all the right things, to the letter, and still feel tired, restless, and disconnected from myself. Even my relationship with God had become another place I was trying to perform.
Then I began hearing a different invitation. Not to work harder for God’s love, but to know Him. To believe Him. To receive His grace. And to understand myself through the relationship Jesus invites us into.
John 17:3 changed the questions I was asking. Jesus describes eternal life as knowing the Father and the Son, something that begins now, not someday. So I started asking: What does it mean to truly know God? What would it look like to live from His love instead of chasing approval? And who am I when what I accomplish no longer defines me?
Those questions became the foundation of Remember Who You Are™.
Today I walk alongside women who are asking the same things. Not because they’re broken. Not because they need to become someone else. Because they deserve space to remember who they are, and whose they are.
Why I created this journey
Because women deserve more than a life of constant striving.
Remember Who You Are™ offers intentional space to explore identity, faith, relationships, and the beliefs shaping how we live. It’s all anchored in the invitation of John 17:3: to truly know God, and to let that relationship shape everything else.
My approach
Relationship before performance
Knowing God is the foundation.
Identity before achievement
Your worth isn’t measured by what you accomplish.
Love before striving
We live from God’s love rather than working to earn approval.
